# An Award-Winning Musician

I started playing piano at the age of seven and have not stopped playing music since
then. In 2023, I was accepted into the MMEA All-State Jazz Band, after being accepted
into and recommended by the Northeastern Senior District Jazz Band earlier that
year. While in high school, I was a member of the [OK Combo](https://chaneygoldstein.com/music/ok-combo/),
a local jazz group which performed in the northeastern Massachusetts region.
